NOTE:

 If Displayport connectivity is not working, please press "win"+"P" on keyboard and get up the menu to duplicate or extend.

  • If Ethernet is easy to drop out, please check if there is any wear on the crystal head of the Ethernet cable. If the crystal head is broken or damaged, it is recommended to replace the Ethernet cable or its crystal head.
  • If data transmision from usb sticks or hard disk failed, please check whether your device got data transfer permission. ( eg: Hub doesn't support to transfer data or read files on ipad pro 2018 due to apple system restriction)
  • The output power of the USB interface is 500ma, and charging is indeed extremely slow. Please do not use the USB port to charge the device.
  • Please plug in the PD power with external power adapter when connecting multiple devices.
  • The USB C pass-through power charges your computer from its charger through the hub.
  • Micro SD and SD card slots are not able to be recognised at the same time. The hub reads preferentially the memory card that inserted firstly in the card slot.
  • To ensure the continuous and stable data transmission, please do not insert or remove PD during use.
