Order
1. Can I Cancel the Order?
If you want to cancel the order within 12 hours after placing the order, our company will allow you to cancel the order, but if your order has been sent, you cannot cancel the order. For us, intercepting express delivery in the middle will be very troublesome, and we will also bear the loss of freight. Pray for forgiveness! If your item has not been sent out and you want to cancel the order, please contact the customer service email info@abaskman.com for specific detailed questions.

2. Something is wrong with my order.
Please contact our support team with details via info@abaskman.com, they will assist you with the issue.

3. I bought 5 cameras, but I only received 3, what should I do? Possible reason:
Your order may be split and shipped by us. When you purchase many cameras, the weight of this order may exceed the maximum weight limit of our shipping channels. Therefore, we will split the order into 2, 3, 5 packages or even more. When you have purchased a lot of cameras and cannot confirm whether your order has been split and shipped, you can contact our official email (info@abaskman.com) to confirm whether we will split your order for delivery. If you do not receive the remaining packages 7 days after receiving the first package, please contact us as soon as possible. Your remaining parcels may be detained or lost by the customs, you can contact us for specific information.

4. Received An Incorrect Item, What Should I Do?
Please tell us the order number and detailed information received, and contact us at info@abaskman.com. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24-48 hours. Once the customer service confirms that an item is incorrect, we will refund you or send another item (if applicable and available). Abask will determine whether you need to return the wrong product and will compensate for a return shipping fee after receiving the product.

5. Can I change the delivery address of the order? How to change?
Once you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately, because once it is sent out, we will not be able to change the address, nor can we send you another package for free. Contact customer service immediately: send an email to info@abaskman.com!

6. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
It may be signed by the local post office or by your family or neighbors. You can obtain the latest logistics information or sign for information by querying the logistics track. (Or contact us through our official email info@abaskman.com, we will assist you in processing)


Shipping
1. How long do handling, shipping, and delivery take?
Usually, it takes 2-4 days for us to process the order. when it is out for delivery from our warehouse:
1. From overseas warehouse： Within 3-5 working days
2. From Chinese warehouse： Within 7-15 working days

2. How do I track my order delivery?
When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@abaskman.com with your tracking number included in it. Then you need to perform the following two steps to query the logistics information：
1. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email. Click the “Track” button.
2.Choose a carrier (for example：4px)
If you can't track any logistics information through shipping information. Don’t hesitate to e-mail us at info@abaskman.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

1. How can I pay with my coupon?
There are two methods:
Method : Go to the checkout page, follow the steps and fill in the necessary information. There are “use coupon code” buttons on the order summary section. Fill in the coupon code you need to use and click "Apply".

We understand the importance of security in online transactions. Abask takes all necessary security measures to protect your credit card and other confidential personal information. Abask does not share this information to any outside organizations.
